DIM SUM TRUCK is los angeles' first food truck that serves dim sum. they also cater on movie and tv sets throughout tinseltown. when they needed a customer rewards card using the given logo and wooden texture, i proposed why not make two? one for customers, one for people interested in hiring the truck. alex, the owner, particularly wanted the customer rewards card to fold, and have some kind of stamping system that would be fun to look at. thus, i drew the traditional dim sum steamers for customers to stamp away. he also wanted both cards to be very informative about what they serve and where they serve. alex liked the cards so much he turned the business cards into two large vinyl banners to hang up during events!
